How to request a refund
- Email contact@the-mothers-code.com with the email address you used at checkout (and your Paddle receipt number, if handy), or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email — Paddle.com is our merchant of record and can process the refund directly.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Requests made after 14 days are considered case by case — get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights you have in your country of residence.
